A few areas of the Philippines are marked red by some governments Foreign Offices which advise against the separatist problem of the extreme south. But Palawan is far away from the southern Mindanao region and therefore not affected.

Tips
& Tricks

Please respect our neighbors and the natural surrounding.

We want our guests to enjoy themselves but we are not shy to let you know about getting a little too excited. We like you to be socially aware respecting each other, the crew and the locals.

Avoid drinking too much alcohol. Tropical hangovers are a nightmare! And please: Don't drink and drive. Beware of slippery off roads, unlighted streets and sudden construction sites.

You don't really need an adapter for your electrical devices at our place. You will have USB ports to charge in your room. For all other items we provide universal sockets at our reception and in the restaurant.

Kids &
Travel

We love children. Filipinos love children. And your kids will love the Kaibigan Soul Camp!

The greatest thing you can take – whether at the airport, sightseeing or getting from A to B – is extra time.

Toddlers love to explore and don’t care for the time pressures of travel, so you’re more likely to all retain your cool if you factor the faffing, gawping, stalling, toilet stops and tantrums into your timeframe.
