All about Yoga

Yoga is a group of physical, mental and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. Yoga is considered to be a low-impact activity that can provide the same benefits as any well-designed exercise program, increasing general health and stamina, reducing stress, and improving those conditions brought about by sedentary lifestyles.

The word yoga in Sanskrit means "to unite", and so yoga can be said to connote a unitive discipline. In this sense it is an exercise in moral and mental cultivation that generates good health, contributes to longevity and the total intrinsic discipline culminates into positive and perennial happiness and peace.

And we like our guests to join a Yoga session on our beautiful platform with a stunning view over the camp and on the sea.

Our experienced Yoga teachers guide you through sun salutations, downward facing dog and "Savasana", a relaxation at the end of the session. Enjoy your happy body and mind afterwards with a tea.

The sessions are suitable for all Ievels, from beginners to experienced Yogis.
